Motorized former positioning for web-width changes. The unique mechanism repositions the former, while keeping the web-path in tangent with the RTF.

It takes about 2 minutes to change a plate. Print-It is expecting delivery of a new plate processor, which will allow production of full-width plates.

The plate cylinder gap orients to plate change position with simple push of a button.

While plating up the lower unit, upper unit is printing at 1300 fpm!
